Meetings are held in public. All members of the public and press are invited to attend and may speak during the Public Forum at the start of the meeting. Please advise the Clerk in advance if you wish to talk.
Items for the agenda, including any accompanying paper, may be submitted by any member of the council to the Clerk, to be received no later than five clear days before the meeting (Clear days do not include weekend or bank holidays, the day of submission nor the day of the meeting)

All meetings are scheduled to be held on the last Tuesday of the month. There are no meetings in August or December.
The Annual Parish Meeting (Annual Village Meeting) is a public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 26th May, starting at 7.00 pm in the Village Hall. All residents are invited and welcome to speak.
